The Red Room

£25 per hour for classes

Due to specialised flooring this is a No High Heel club.  Damage to the floor will be charged.

Sorry we do not hire for parties.

The venue and its 500w sound system inc Radio mic can be hired for regular classes or master classes at competitive rates. The studio also has equipment from mats to yoga blocks and pilates rings, balls and more.

All instructors must be qualified in what they are teaching and are responsible for their own music licensing and public liability Insurance (proof will be required before hire).

£10 per hour

Our room is a perfect size for a treatment room for massage and beauty.

It is also equipped with a shower and portable sink making it a great spot for hairdressing with a large wall mounted mirror.

It could also be used as a small meeting room.

The room is set directly off our reception room with access to a toilet.

The Green Room

£15 per hour

Our Personal Training Gym is perfect to have a couple of trainers in whilst still having room to train clients.

It is also equipped with a large variety of training tools from different disciplines.

It has also been used to record video content for online classes.
