Club-K Health & Fitness terms and conditions

1.         Parties: This contract is made between Club-K Health & Fitness (referred to as "the gym") and the member (referred to as "the member").
 

2.                            Term: This contract will begin on the date of signing and will remain in effect for a period of one year.
 

3.                            Services: The gym agrees to provide the member with access to its facilities, including where available the Gym, the swimming pool and group exercise classes. The specific schedule and availability of these services will be determined by the gym. If an instructor is not available for a group exercise class, the gym may offer an online version of the class instead.
 

4.                            Fees: The member agrees to pay the gym a monthly fee of £42. This fee will be automatically charged by Direct Debit on the 28th of each month.
 

5.                            Cancellation: Either party may cancel this contract after 3 months by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of cancellation by the member, the gym may retain any fees already paid for the remainder of the contract term.
 

6.                            Liability: The gym is not responsible for any personal injuries that may occur while the member is using the facilities. The member agrees to use the facilities at their own risk and to follow all rules and regulations as determined by the gym.
 

7.                            Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising under this contract will be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration.
 

8.               Media: This agreement allows the gym to use photographs and videos taken of the member while they are using the gym's facilities for social media, advertising, and educational purposes. The member grants permission for the gym to use their image and likeness in these materials without compensation. The member also waives any right to review or approve the finished product, including any written copy that may be created in connection with the photographs or videos. This permission shall remain in effect until the end of all time.

9.                  Holiday Closures: The gym will be closed on all bank holidays, as well as the two weeks over Christmas including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day. In addition, the gym will be closed for one week near Easter.
