Back Care Pilates

Spring Term Course (11 weeks) 125

This class runs as a course for a term
or part of a membership or 12.50 PAYG

 

This course focuses on the education of anatomy and common back issues including sciatica and non specific low back pain and offers strategies to help relieve pain, strengthen and stretch the muscles.

It also introduces Self Myofascial Release using Foam rollers and balls.

Due to the slower nature of this class It is also a great intro for nervous beginners to Pilates! 

Each course is limited to 16 people, this small group allows attention to precision and attention for questions.

Yoga Course

This class runs as a course for a term
or part of a membership

This course is an introduction to Yoga and a great place to start.

For the first month we strip every pose back to the bare basics to build a firm foundation to grow from.

In the second month we add additional challenges to the poses and in the third month we off you the full version of the poses.  You can still work at the level that best suits you you don't have take on the extra challenges.

Each course is limited to 16 people, this small group allows attention to precision and attention for questions.

Bungee fit

Bungee fit is the awesome new training method to hit the fitness scene We are delighted to be the first to get this in Kent.

The first thing to tell you about the Bungee fit class class is that it is even more FUN than it looks!

This 30 min class has been designed around the principles that Professor Tabata has discovered around HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated for 8 cycles to create 1 Tabata. There is a warm up followed by 5 Tabatas and finishing with a cool down stretch.

Club-K offers health and fitness Classes including Pilates, Insanity, Dance fitness, Bungee fit, Stretch & Tone a class based on yoga pilates taichi and dance genres as well as Get Fit a Low intensity, low impact aerobics class with muscle toning  and is based in Hextable in Kent it is less than a five mile drive from Swanley, Dartford, Bexley, Darenth, Horton Kirby, south darenth, Crokenhill, Sidcup, Joydenswood, West Kingsdown, orpington, eynesford and hawley.

Classes at Club-K use PPL free and/or PRS free music, this means that they are cover versions of songs and/or original music but sound just as amazing!
