Reformer Classical

Experience Pilates as it was originally intended. Reformer Classical stays true to the method created by Joseph Pilates, following a structured sequence designed to build strength, control, and precision. This class focuses on flowing through traditional exercises with purpose and consistency, helping you develop a strong, stable centre, improve posture, and move with greater awareness. Reformer Powerhouse

Club-K offers health and fitness Classes including Reformer, Pilates,  Dance fitness, Bungee fit, Unity a class based on yoga pilates taichi and dance genres as well as Low intensity, low impact aerobics class with muscle toning  and is based in Hextable in Kent it is less than a five mile drive from Swanley, Dartford, Bexley, Darenth, Horton Kirby, south darenth, Crokenhill, Sidcup, Joydenswood, West Kingsdown, orpington, eynesford and hawley.
